March Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Madness

I love basketball.  I'm obsessed with basketball.  I eat, sleep, and breath basketball during the season.  More specifically, I love ACC basketball.  Each season, I print out the entire ACC schedule, post it on my fridge, and the stat-keeping begins.

My team is the great Cardiac Pack (aka NC State Wolfpack), which means that I absolutely can not stand those Carolina freaks (so sorry for ya'll who love that gross baby blue).  I'll pull for the minions of hell before I cheer for Carolina.  Duke isn't that bad, however you can count your pennies that if they're playing my Pack, the Devils are going down.

The unfortunate and highly irritating thing about being an ACC basketball fan is where we live- Maryland.  It's no man's land.  If it isn't a Ravens or Oriels game, then no one in this state gives a flying poo about sports.  There's a smathering of Maryland Terp fans, but let's face it- they're terrible.  So what does this mean?  THEY HARDLY EVER PLAY ACC GAMES ON TV HERE!  Yeah.  I pulled out the big caps.  Whammy.  Unhappy.

Thankfully, they are playing the entire ACC tourney.  Which means that I'll be knees deep in b-ball this weekend, only to surface on Saturday night to watch the UFC fight (hello, Mr. GSP!).  Then the best part of the year begins.....

Hours and hours of basketball, bracket updating, and yelling at my television. I can't stinkin' wait!

Okay, enough rambling about bball.

Last week I got a bee in my bonnet- I haven't done much hand embroidery lately and was itching to do some.  Since spring is coming and I'll be starting my garden soon (yay!!), I chose this one-

My goal was to do one, but I became obsessed and did all of the patterns in the pack....now I have a pile of 'em that I haven't got a clue what to do with.  Ha!  Such is the way of crafting, I guess!

Back to the bracket!  Ya'll have a good 'un!
