Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is dip is a staple in our house for any sporting event (or boring Friday night). We played with the original recipe quite a bit (which can be found here), so feel free to swap it up if you'd like.
The hubs usually makes this dish, therefore it's easy and doesn't require much kitchen-savviness. Here's how it goes:
What Ya Need:
1- 8oz block of 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Blue Cheese Dressing (no fake low-fat stuff here, use the real junk)
3/4 Cup of Buffalo Sauce (we typically use Franks Red Hots, but any buffalo sauce will do)
1/2 Cup of Crumbled Blue Cheese
3- 12.5oz cans of Chunk Chicken Breast in Water
How Ya Make It:
Throw it all in a crock pot and mix it up nicely
Set it on Low
Put the timer on for 3hrs
Stir it occasionally
We serve it with pita chips, but anything will do, including crudites. Enjoy!
